increased Food and water for settlements

OK i know its going to be difficult to add new items and scripts into the game but changing the core values of how much a resource produces is a quick easy fix solution for the game atm. for example instead of melon producing a tiny .5 food change to 1.5 or something more realistic in the future we can add more costly but effective items such as pre-built garden or food replicates that produce 5 and require no ground. apply the same thing to water and we could have some pretty impressive settlements without having to sacrifice some for farms etc. (even if its just a cheat engine table for now or something.)
