Hi I'm new on the forum, could someone can convert or create a feminine running, walking and dash animation like see on skyrim?

I am hoping someone could make a dash animation, you know for the one perk at level 9 agility because as of right now it looks like you just teleport to people. Sounds like it would be to hard for what I had in mind though.
