Jak&Dater Power Cell, Level up Sound

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the level up sound in Fallout 4 to the Jak and Daxter power cell acquiring sound? I've never made a mod before so I'm not sure how I would do it myself. I already have the 6 second MP3 sound that I want, but It cant be as simple as Drag/Dropping it into the Data Folder. If anyone could help me out, tell/show me how to do it, or even make a quick mod for me to install, I'd be very appreciative. Thanks.
