WatsHisFac Posted November 23, 2015 Share Posted November 23, 2015 I used Skyrim's SkyTweak for my game all the time, decrease my attack damage and increase the enemy health and attack damage.i also used it to increase my Perk point as they Couldn't fill the skills.It would be good to see a mod that takes what SkyTweak did for Skyrim and apply it to Fallout 4 in all the different ways possible.
