Povuholo Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 True. He's just a joke. Because all the other naked nords you see in Morrowind have a quest, because they are paralyzed/robbed by a witch. But this guy isn't naked because he's robbed. He's naked because it's so hot. I think he says something else when the weather changes during the Tribunal Main Quest.
