Pre-war Fallout 4

So today I loaded up my first save and I realized that the world was there, the world before the war.

So using "tcl" and increasing my speed a lot via console commands(you can't sprint at the very start of the game), I managed to get out of the house and go exploring. The thing is, the bombs fall way too soon to be able to explore the world as it was before the war.

So my request is, is there any way to block the script or whatever it is from executing? That way we would actually be able to explore the world before the war(Yes you have no pipboy, but you don't need it either) and it's something that greatly interests me, exploring the world as it was before the war and comparing, maybe put the pre war ghouls somewhere, so we could see them in their human form (I know that texturing them again is a pain, but I'm still not confident enough in my unwrapping and texturing skill to start with characters just yet, and I don't know how to program interactive npcs)

So if anyone is interested in this idea, leave a comment here I guess, and I'll gladly promote it.

EDIT: Had another idea roaming my mind, which is, could someone make a mod to generate attacks to your settlements? I've built like 3 settlements and wanted to test the defenses, but so far there's ben no attacks, and I lowered the defense amount on purpose.

I would be interested. Problem is likely that this site is so busy, most posts get pushed to the second page within an hour and quickly forgotten about.

I think there is also many other discussions here about changing the settlement raid system. That idea isn't exactly new, but it would be interesting to explore the world before the bombs.

If you use tfc you can freecamera explore without the bombs dropping, the problem with this mod idea is that nothing outside of sanctuary and vault 111 is modeled pre-war. Not even the immediately surrounding area. You can BARELY go further than where it kills you if you try to leave before stuff just isn't modeled anymore. Or in other words, you'd need the CK to even be able to do this because there IS nothing to explore. It would need to be created.
