loves2smooch
I've modded skyrim plenty of times before without running into any major issues. But this time around, that isn't the case. After vanillaing my game, making sure it runs fine, I downloaded the unofficial patches to get started, as well as ENB Boost (no preset being used, just the boost). I started up the game with the unofficial patches installed, everything was fine, 60 fps. Now, as soon as I installed the enb boost, and finished setting the enblocal.ini as per the instructions in the Modding Guide on Nexus, the game sits at around 30-33 fps everytime I start it up. No idea why. This is my rigs specs: Gtx 970i7-4790k16G Ram I've done the highest end mods before with at most a drop to around 50 fps. So something is going on with ENB boost that is not agreeing with my computer. Heres my enblocal settings, and yes i've also made the changes to my skyrimprefs.ini based on the Nexus guide. I've also made sure bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 is set.
