Cleanup Settlement Collisions

I've found that most indoor permanent buildings have absolutely terrible meshes for where I can place furniture -
I don't want to place bookshelves half a metre from the actual wall.

Some form of trimming, or cleanup of the major settlements and their buildings/surroundings would be really nice.

Not just the "allow placement in red positions" cheat thing.
Clipping is bad.

Because z fighting looks rather disgusting, and sometimes you don't have space enough to recess it into a wall - as the actual mesh is really uneven, curling up near walls instead of having a flat stop or something, making corner placement an issue it shouldn't be.

As well as those weird as fluff snapping points for constructed walls inside houses that make zero sense

The ground scatter inside of housing is another issue, really - since it does have a slight additional hight, making things appear floating. Purely visually, you can place a carpet next to the rubble, but there will still be junk overlapping it, and that makes no sense for an area of work/living.
