I googled this error, and tried setting BUseThreadedAI to 1 and INumHWThreads to 2. From excluding DEP for Fallout 3 to 4GB patch, literally nothing seems to work! This error is breaking my game and is becoming very annoying. If anyone can find a solution for this error, it would be appreciated.

Your CPU is a little on the weak side, being just a little under the system requirements. What type of GPU do you have?

Your Weapon Mod Kits plugins are not in the correct order. They should be in the same order as the vanilla game.

The same for Fellout and RH_Ironsights.

You are loading your RAM by having 46 inactive plugins. If the file is in the "Data" folder, it will be loaded.

Well, that's the problem then. It appears that you are overloading your equipment. With a CPU that is short and a GPU that was not designed for games, you are lucky the game starts.

You could try the Intel HD bypass mod that is available on the Nexus. Good Luck.

Well I already got that fix and the game plays just fine, with the few occasional crashes while exploring. All of the interiors I enter with problems, it is just this recently-built shack that makes the game crash when I enter it. In Fo3edit it appears to have no changes to the specific interior. Possibly is it a script/trigger error or over use of visual effects like FXLightDustParticles?

It just so happens I own the very same laptop and model ...runs this game fine and smooth.

I bet you have live iguana in your inventory or there is one in that shack. just a hunch.

it's shown here you have made a merged patch...I want to see what mod's are listed in that ..so to see what possible conflicts are there.

a smart thing to do would be to remove said mods and retest for a merged patch...the point here is to end up with zero data in it...that points to zero conflicts...then...disable any mods that require any of the merged conflicted mods from the data directory and test.

something to consider.

I figured it must've been a corrupt save. I deleted my Grayditch save files and then entered the recently built shack without any crashes.

So noted ,I'll move on then, we are always here if help is required.

Kitty.
