Vuuk Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 So the first thing I wanted to do when I found out there was settlement building in fallout was "I want to recreate camp omega and also make a jail on a island" And was there a island to make a jail or what? So I expanded the budget and did what I do best: oppress the weak and weary on video games. Only problem is:how can I fully oppress the weak and weary if I cant have 10 guards on 10 different posts? as far as i can tell anyway.
