Change Voice to the Power Armor [Mod Request]

I'm playing like a sith in my playthrough, and so i'm wearing a black synth helmet. It would be pretty amazing if someone could make a mod that replaces the voice with the effect that you get when you are in the power armor. TQ :smile: oh, and im playing as a male character

Would be nice to see it with NPCs, as well - nothing as surprising as overhearing bandits talk, and then rounding the corner into a pack of PA'd up goons without forewarning.
