Justy311 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I've wanted this too... partly so that if I wanted to play an OP out of the vault character I could set my perks per level to 0 and not have to worry about accumulating perks that I'll never spend, or on the alternative playing with 2-3 perks per level instead of just 1. I get that there is no level limit and all that, but level 300ish for all perks seems like a bit much (and that's assuming it doesn't glitch and only let you spend 255 perk points). I've scanned the 'Game Settings' in FO4edit looking for a 'Perksperlevel' type heading, unfortunately I've come up empty.
