Removing happiness from build limit.

I use a mod to remove the build limit, as I am sure many others do. The problem is that for some reason settlers happiness is attached to the build limit. Meaning that my settlers are never happy in their heavily fortified, well supplied settlements. Since the mod works by eliminated build limit resulting in a 0 for the amount built, thus they are unhappy with their extravagant surroundings.

 

To the point I would like a mod to remove happiness from build limit. I am unsure how difficult this would be, but I would be extremely grateful to any modder who finds it in their heart to fix this issue.
