Automatic Settler Supply via Workbench or batch file

I have no clue if this is possible :

I am setting up little armies in my settlements.

 

Each settler gets an assault rifle + ammo and 6 (male) or 4 (female) pieces of armor.

Is there any way to program a mod or batch file for more or less auto equipping the settlers ?

Ideas, suggestion or a solution are highly appreciated.
