PIYASON2014 Posted December 6, 2015 Share Posted December 6, 2015 (edited) hi all my english is not good but i want to present my mod to everyone herei just start modding and learn so please give me a chanceLegendary Rarity Zero - The Wastelands Nightmarethis mod will change the Rarity of Legendary Enemy to Zero(chance to see them is set to 10000000000 and respawn rate/encounter limit as optional file)Result is the game spawns most of all creatures as legendary (if in that cell let you face them)Now you are not godlike alone. Boston Wastelands is not just a playgrounds for newbie!!this video will show you when every step you travel in wasteland is nightmare!!but the problem is in encounter zone vanilla is limit not let player face legendary enermy when player is low levelthat why i do another mod that change min level to 1 and max level vaule to 127(because in fo4edit when set to 128 it show -1) in every encounter zone!! this is not mean they will just spawn as legendary/skull but they will spawns when you enter that cell and respawn rate is reset!!that you can see in this videohere link to mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4773/?and thank to user DevOtoriumto help me out with my low english"What does this mod do:This MOD maxes out the Player levels in every encounter zone.
