Making SweetFX 2.0 and ENB 0.189 beta

I'm trying to make sweetfx and enb work together but... :confused:

 

Not having any luck after tree hours is kind of depressing. So here I am, if any one knows how i'd love to know to :laugh:

 

To be more precise it's sweetfx that simply doesn't "exist" (It's there :dry:). The game runes fine but sweetfx doesn't load at startup. I tried poking around and found nothing helpful.
