LE Mod request: Fire breathing using torch and alcohol

Could someone make a mod that adds the power to breathe fire when player equips the torch and drinks vine, mead, or other alcoholic drink?

The animation could be a mixture of the fire breath shout and blocking with the torch.

Also, the damage done to the enemies should be affected by the strength of the drink - lowest on ale, highest on Dragon's Breath Mead, or one of Talen-Jei's "special drinks".

Maybe have a potion that gives you the ability to use fire breath for several seconds.
