Problem with Skyrim Redone Skyproc Patcher

Hello, Good Day to all the people who is reading this.
I'm not a pro modder, I am 90% Positive that the mods I am using are correct until this error came up which I've been searching for about 3 hours now for fixes in Google, Youtube, and Reddit posts but can't seem to find any solution. I am hoping for people with advanced experiences might lend me a helping hand in my minor problem. :) There is a screenshot below.
