I grew up playing Morrowind, Oblivion, FO3, FNV, and Skyrim with no protagonist voice acting. That all said Tales of the Commonwealth has done a good job with the protagonist voice acting, it may be worth poking around their files to see how they did if you decide your mod has to have voice acting. Is it some sort of mutant that uses the merry-go-round as an armor, a crazed robot or something else?
