What repeatable quest should exist to spice up Oblivion gameplay

Have you ever wonder there's is too much NPC that is useless ?

The answer is yes... there's is to much NPC that is dead meat :tongue:

So.... I want to make ALL OF THEM to become more worthy, I can realize it.

BUT

I need help from this community, really-really need your idea can be anything or your own personal wish

example such as NPC X need 50 apple, so be it ! The quest about hunting 50 apple will be available!

every day every NPC will be evaluated and given random quest

something like that....

 

anyone? I am eager to brainstorm :smile:

 

I will query all of the ideas before implement it

after this is all set -- random quest feature will be available at AoG - Overhaul plus Detect Item

I always want to see quest that involve sir Lazare Milvan, but I don't would if he'd would work well for making repeatable quest

can be repeatable I think, like some duel like that from what I can see.

Npc wants something that another npc (in a dungeon, in a town, whatever) has. Could be stealing, could be just actual borrowing.

 

Npcs want skooma, too lazy to get/distribute it ,so they ask pc, some chance of getting caught by the law.

 

Daggerfall had a lot of random quests for more inspiration, I really liked the get item for faction X and then faction Y sends a note and wants it too then you could deliver it to either one.

Here another idea Lyra Rosentia before the UOP get a rumor "She is apparently an avid collector of Akaviri artifacts, though you won't hear it from her".

 

A quest could be made where she pays you some money for the Ruined Akaviri sword and shield you can get Lifting the Vale

Also something similar could be done with Herminia Cinna where she starts paying you for double for welkynd stones and varla stones after Secrets of the Ayleids

The same kind of repeatable quests you find in the excellent Bartholm http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/5022/? would be excellent.
