[REQUEST] Easy UI MOD

Good evening people of the nexus,

I do envy those of you who can and do create mods for us all, I wish I were as tech savvy as you. Unfortunately because I cant seem to work the Fo4Edit that is currently available, I thought I would post my request here, its nothing to big.

Basically all I am trying to create is an ultra-simple UI that only shows what you have your cursor pointed at (looting, locked doors, people, stuff like that). I like to play the game with no UI, but i find that trying to loot is getting annoying. Would anyone be able to help me out? either assist me in making this UI change, or simply doing it if its not too hard? I would be VERY appreciative.

On a related note, that gives me an idea for a 'reactive' UI, if that makes sense. Out of combat, the UI hides itself by fading out its alpha. In combat, or upon receiving damage, the UI returns. When combat finishes, it fades again. This could be configurable in the mod install, defining the out of combat alpha (invisible or faded) and in-combat alpha (an option to still have more transparent than vanilla). It might also give you control of what ELEMENTS of UI to fade. So you could chose to fade your ammo count and health completely, but leave the map faintly visible.

Hopefully, that would give you the immersion of having no / little UI when you don't need it, but bringing it back when you need to know how close you are to dying. Sadly, I probably know even less about UI modding than you.
