Morthal builidings invisible?

So... thought I finally had my save file.. saved from frequent random crashing while outdoors by a combination of removing as many complicated mods I could do without (automatic variants, skytest) and using the save cleaner, and then... then I came upon Morthal, and the buildings are all invisible. There are a couple spots around with flat blue polygons that look like missing textures, but I've gone through every mod and can't seem to figure out what's causing it. I'm using the latest Skyrim HD 2K textures (Full) and SMIM. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Figured it out, the No Snow Under Roofs mod seemed to be the cause. However I get an endless loading screen with any exterior saves without it installed now (can load interior ones and then go outside without problem), and those couple spots with flat blue texture-less polygons are still there.
