first of all, I want to know if you would be able to put this on nexus, 'cause I'll most likely be banned if I upload something remotely copyrighted.

basically what this mod would be is really a sound replacer, but I might try and do a shouting animation I have just never done that before.

I just want to know if this would be viable on nexus or not.
