random CTDs, solitude, jorrvaskr.

I have random CTDs (without the application icon anywhere in my system taskbar), mostly when I'm going to enter jorrvaskr, or when I'm in solitude. Sometimes when I restart the game it works for a while, but eventually the CTD occurs again. It might not even happen in the same areas. I can't even enter solitude(everytime it crashes near the entrance, although I can fast travel to blue palace), which is strange, because I already did a lot of quests there. Now it appears in the map with an icon that says that the place is yet to discover.(????) Some clother and walls textures appear missing too -randomly, it may repair when I take a load screen-, and they are replaced with a white non-textured thing. Apart from this, I cannot leave solstheim fast traveling or with the boat. I have to COC whiterun.

 

I've played the game for aprox 100 hours without any ctds or errors. Coul it be a currupted file? Already disabled autosave.

 

I have already updated my Nvidia drivers and pc BIOs. Updated everything I think.

 

I tried everything to solve this, read the other peoples solutions etc. nothing worked. I already reinstalled the game once.I have enb real vision performance edition and SKSE.ini that improves the memory of the game. I use LOOT and there are no errors in the load order. I eventually clean the scripts from the saved games with SaveTool.exe. Already verified the game's system/intalled file integrity through Steam.

 

I use NMM(0.61.6), SKSE (latest version) and the legendary edition of the game with all the DLCs + High resolution textured pack.

 

I'm quite new at this, but I followed Gopher guide to modding. My game FPS is normally around 40-60. My latest save game has 4,77KB.

 

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this, and I hope I can help others with the same problem.
