Suggestion: Redefine spoiler rule for chat

So, as it currently stands, the spoiler rule as it pertains to chat is as follows: No spoilers in chat for any game, forever.

I feel there are a few issues with this:

1. Rule doesn't exist

If you take a look at the chat rules, nowhere does it state that spoilers are forbidden. While I acknowledge that staff have authority to file by decree, it would be nice to have a note in the chat rules to the effect of "No spoilers in chat."

2. Lack of reasonable limitations

As it currently stands, the spoiler rule extends to the end of time. This isnt smart because as a game progresses, all plot details are known to people anyway. I suggest that the spoiler rule be redefined to set a limit on how long post-release that the spoiler rule is active for that game. For example, I believe post-release of Terraria 1.3, r/Terraria had a spoiler rule for 2 weeks.

What I am trying to say is that while I concede that the spoiler rule is helpful, reasonable limits need to be set, and the rule needs to be made note of in chat rules.
