I was listening to the song "Notorious B.I.G" while playing Fallout 4 just now, and the most random thought came to my mind; replace the stranger with Biggy Smalls, and a custom audio clip.

 

The Mysterious Stranger appeared in VATS right at that part in the beginning where they're like "No-no-notorious!" and I thought it was pretty hilarious, so I came here.

 

This is a stupidly ridiculous idea, and I'm hoping someone can make it happen.

I'd like it to be a convincing look-alike. Well, convincing enough, since he's only gonna be on screen for a few seconds at a time.

I was actually looking at outfits in some of his pictures. I don't know if there's an in-game outfit that fits the bill.

 

Maybe a white re-texture of the formal hat/suit like in this picture;

Do you want the perk description to be changed too? I don't really know what to write there.

 

BTW, I've already changed the sound, created the face, and replaced the stranger.

What's left is the outfit. I'm sure one of the clean suits will work. Not sure about the hat though.

Whichever hat you think looks the closest. Like the trilby hat or something.

 

For the description, um.... hmm... I didn't think about that. I guess something like this;

 

Rank 1: "He likes it when you call him Big Poppa. The Mysterious B.I.G. will occasionally appear in V.A.T.S. to pop anyone runnin their mouth."

 

Rank 2: "The Mysterious B.I.G. will appear a little more often in V.A.T.S. 'cause you'se a true playa."

 

Rank 3: "Who shot ya? The Mysterious B.I.G. will appear more often and occasionally fill the critical meter when he caps a punk ass b****."
