Verticality and fixing roofs and textures.

Having a kick with the jetpack, I've come to find that there are MANY areas about Boston that have no roofs, low LOD textures, or missing collision. I've fallen through textures, I've hit "invisi-walls" (my most hated thing in games), and stood next to smokestacks that don't connect to anything and look like a poly from the SNES. I'm am sort of disappointed in Bethesda to tout the verticality of Fallout, but then slack on it's completion. If anyone who is talented and so inclined to fix this, I would truly appreciate it. Honestly I'd love Bethesda to fix it, but I have a feeling the modding community has more going for it.
