Fallout 4 invisible or missing textures

Hi, I'm 27 level in-game and i've recently tried this mods:

GameMode=Fallout4

Fallout4.esm=1
Homemaker.esm=1
SettlementKeywords.esm=1
Homemaker - SK Integration Patch.esp=1
Safe SSEx.esp=1
Classic Fallout Music.esp=1
CBBE.esp=1
SuitDreams(5.Very Heavy).esp=0
SuitDreams(2. Light).esp=0
SuitDreams(3.Average).esp=1
SuitDreams(4.Heavy).esp=0
SuitDreams(1.Very Light).esp=0
DX Commonwealth Mini Dresses.esp=1
DX Chem I Care Outfit.esp=1

I get missing or invisible textures while running them, for example from Piper's body her head is only visible and parts of light armor. Apart from that buildings textures are missing too. What may be causing this and how to fix?

Thank you in advanced!

You're either missing the archive invalidation setting in your Fallout4Custom.ini or the custom files were not installed correctly.

Follow this:

http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation

and if still having issues, install the custom assets of your mods manually (as in: copy over folders like \data\textures and \data\meshes from your mods to your \Fallout 4 folder).

Having same issues with all Nexus mods that have custom textures. Invalidation isn't the issue, I've gone through all the mods downloaded with NMM manually to check if they were okay and also checked if F4SE had a hand in annoying me, but no, no matter what I do, I keep having the issue. Can't fix it, and now I'm up on 5+ hours searching through the files...

Bethesda.net mods works by the way...

Having this problem after I tested adding ghoul leveled spawns near sanctuary. After it started i removed the plugin I made, still persisted. At this point I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Fallout 4 and it persists even when I only have fallout4.esm enabled.

I got it!

I have/had the same issue with new Mods.
I have multiple Harddrives.

C: System SSD, only for Fallout4Custom.ini relevant

D: Big HDD with Nexus Mod Manager.exe

Recently got another SSD for Games (G:), and reinstalled FO4 there.

It turns out, that .esp files are installed correctly... but with .ba2 files - thats another story :smile:

It turns out, that ANY .ba2 File of an installed mod is present in

Nexus Mod Manager\Fallout4\Mods\VirtualInstall\

BUT NOT in the actual Data-Directory.

I copied for testing purposes some of them manually into the Data-Directory, and voila: It works!

Soooo... whats the deal with NMM?

My assumptions:

- NMM has a general problem regarding texture-files (in FO4)

- NMM has problems with spaces in filenames (in my Example I installed "AdvSettleTurretSet.esp" with corresponding "AdvSettleTurretSet - Main.ba2")

- NMM has problems with multiple Disk usage

Sooo... now i'll install every mod i got again :smile:

EDIT:

Just found out, that there is an issue with .pex files as well. E.g. with the mod "Loads of Ammo"

EDIT2:

For "Homemaker" - windows_exterior.bgem is not correctly installed in \materials\Architecture\Buildings

And many .nif Files are missing....

Putting it all together: There IS a big issue with NMM with handling different Files except for .esp and .esm

EDIT3: I use NMM 0.61.23
