Is there a mod that stops the following?

I'm looking for a mod that disables those waiter/waitress NPCs from being sent and approaching my character every time they sit down in a chair, or when I lay down in a bed thanks to the "Go To Bed" mod.

Just had this cause a freeze up when I went to sleep before the waiter got to me.

 

Yeah I probably could of waited for him to ask if I wanted anything first, simply tabbed out of the dialogue menu, and then went to sleep to prevent the freeze up. But having to do that for nearly almost every inn is just annoying.

 

So is there a mod that disables this "feature" that is more annoying then immersive.

Yeah this bugs me too it would probably be an AI package on the waiter that simply needs to be removed from each waiter or a script that needs to be commented out somewhere or removed from the waiter.
