As you can see from the image it does not reach his chin at the sides but it is slightly longer at the back reaching below his neck. It would be epic if you would also be able to make the facial hair which has the beard and mustache separated by skin like in the reference image although that is not essential to this request since you can get pretty close in Skyrim already.
