[Request] Arc of Might/Deliverance/Obliteration cast time reduced

Hello, I would l like to have the load time of Warrior's Arc Of skill reduced, while balanced it's pretty boring to wait for it to load, and it's really enjoyable to use to just not using it.

 

The cast time is around 10 seconds, I think reducing it to 5 seconds would be enough to make it much much enjoyable.
