fallout 3 crashes periodically!

I'm about to give up on this game.... here is my load order, it seems fine to me and yes I did the "iNumthreads=" and everything that helps the game from crashing.... I believe that I have lost hope on playing Fallout 3.

You did not follow the instructions for the use of the Blackened FWE + MMM + EVE + Project Beauty patch or you did not follow the directions on the Paradox Ignition description page.

 

Other than that, your load order looks usable. What are your equipment specs and install location?

I installed Fallout 3 on my c: drive, the folder was never dragged into program files(x86). I'm using a potato right now and it runs the fairly well 4gb ram, intel hd 3000 Omega(Modded Driver) i3 core 2330 2.20 Ghz, OS: Windows 10. Well I might have to go back and carefullly reread the instructions for both of the use of Blackened to see where I went wrong.

Lol I tweaked the settings, its on High textures everything is on low and I'm playing on 1280x720 running pretty smooth with a little bit of stuttering. As well as skyrim and Fallout New Vegas, the Intel hd graphics 3000 omega 5.0 is not an ordinary driver its modded, tweaked and optimized to run games. Quick question since I'm using two blackened patches do I really need a merge patch from FO3edit?

With a small load list like you have, a merged patch is not essential, but it doesn't hurt anything.

I decided to do a clean install and started from scratch, is there a perfecttly nice step by step guide for Fallout Wanderers Edition anywhere besides youtube? cause one mistake and everything screws up.

This is my new load order, had to remove stutter remover because it was causing crashes and I had to run Mod Ogranizer as administrator. I played for about an hour with no crashes...
