[Outfit Studio] Issue Converting Vanilla Armor to Custom Body

I'm working on a custom body type. The body itself looks and works fine in game. I'm having issues converting armor, however.

It works great, except at the neck and wrists. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this? It looks fine in both outfit studio and Nifskope. Here's a link to the .nif, if anyone wants to look in NifSkope and see if they can identify what I did wrong.

 

In outfit studio, I went to new project, and selected my new body as the reference, the vault suit as the outfit, and I moved the vault suit up to fit over it. Could this be what's causing the problem? During my first attempt, I moved the body down to fit the suit (so the vault suit was in the exact same location as the vanilla one. I also compared these in NifSkope afterwards, to be sure), and made my edits. When I loaded this up in game, my character was a floating head, but the suit itself was below the ground, and would skeletal-move as my character ran.

 

I'm kind of winging a good portion of this, because the only bodyslide tutorials I can find just explain how to convert an outfit to an existing body type (CBBE, Jane Bod, etc), and none of them are for the male body.

 

(Also the texture on the vault suit is from the Proto vault suit mod on Nexus. Not mine.)
