Skyrim keeps crashing during load screens and saves

Skyrim loads up just fine, but when I go into a building, fast travel, or save it seems to crash. It does it even with waiting, too. The only way I can seem to play is if a load an old save and play from there, but as soon as I save and quit, it'll go back to crashing on load screens when I load it back up. I don't believe this is because of any mods I have, as I uninstalled all the ones I recently downloaded when this started occuring. Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

There are so many reasons why this could happen. Too much ( and too complicated for a noob like me) to explain here.

Most of the time it is due to running out of memory.

Uninstalling a mod will not always fix the issue as the reason why you experience crashes has been 'baked' into your save.

Sometimes uninstalling a mod isn't enough as it is not a 'clean save'.

I'd suggest to take a look at this video by Gopher:

In the video's description, there are also links to some of his other videos that explain why people experience crashes, etc and how you can solve it.

Aw heck, I am new to linking Youtube videos. I didn't expect the video itself to show up.

To the moderators: is this allowed? If it is not, my apologies.

Edit: and I will obviously remove it.

One of my main problems I had recently was with CTD's right after or during a loading screen but I was able to solve it since it was a problem with textures and huge file sizes. I realized that whenever for example if I entered dragonsreach with 3 followers (I was using a followers mod for having more followers) then I would 90% of the time crash. But if I made them all wait outside and I went in myself, it would work just fine. For me it was a I guess a memory problem (textures, file sizes with loading, etc.) But I'm not too knowledgeable about it. Just speaking from what I just had a problem with and someone helped me out with it :D

Yes, running out of memory due to large files/textures can cause a lot of problems.

Allocating memory solved so many of my problems. In fact, now on my second playthrough I have not experienced one CTD. (thanks to Gopher and a lot of helpful people here on the Nexus)

@Waywardlullaby, happy to help. And yes please, check out all his videos concerning CTD's and what have you. They helped me so much.
