Terrible save times

About a week ago my quicksaves started taking upwards of 20 seconds, I've tried everything i can think of, uninstalling any script heavy mods, using loot and wrye, even using casm to control my saves and still, 15-20 second saves. i have completely uninstalled and reinstalled and the first save of every session takes less than a second and every following save jumps to 15x longer. Manual saves don't take long but auto saves are completely immersion breaking and make load screen takes atleast twice as long, quick saves are the same way.

 

Any help is greaty appreciated and thank you in advance, sorry if the format is jankey I've never posted to these forums before.

 

My skse and nmm and everything are up to date, have every DLC and every possible

Specs: [email protected] 16gb ram SSD only and a 980ti

 

keep in mind i just uninstalled a few mods so maybe their scripts are still in the engine and they aren't posted here, they were mostly animation mods such as fnis xp32 and immersive animations
