NPC's are not talking or moving there mouths

Npcs are not talking or moving there mouths. Vilija is talking and moving her mouth so I am not entirely certain what might be wrong.

I see some of your mods are outdated/incomplete. I don't see Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul.esm in there.

 

You don't need KT_CustomRaceFix anymore with the latest UOP if I'm not mistaken.

 

Other than that, I dunno what's causing the lip/voice thing. D:

Well I blame myself really because I received many conflicts in OBMM conflict detector and I can't figure out what would be causing this so I think I will reinstall the game and try to look at load orders and install orders for mods because that's what I need right now with me being decently new to modding.

Don't do anything so drastic. Try ironing out the conflicts, first, and see if that helps.

 

Are you running any mods that wouldn't show up, such as Elys' Universal Silent Voice? If so, temporarily remove them.

 

If I recall correctly, you don't need both MassAI ESPs, just the one you want.

Well I tried doing that MassAI thing different ways to see if that would work. I did some research and learned that ocheeva or something from the dark brotherhood has missing dialogue after a UOP Patch is installed. So I don't know for certain everything that the UOP effects but could the UOP affect any more dialogue. Though I recall early on in my install for the very fist time dialogue was gone for the king at the beginning along with everyone else accompanying him and thus after awhile i did m,y first uninstall / reinstall.
