LE Dark Souls Combat Type(Controls)

Can someone make a Mod which changes the controls to something like Dark Souls, Witcher 2/3 or Assassin's Creed?
I mean the way you attack, the way you control your Character
(3rd Person) Vanilla Skyrim Combat to Dark Souls Combat
Instead of fighting an enemy like in a fps game... you fight just like the games mentioned above, Not Camera Movement Based Attacks, Aiming-at-Enemy Type Attack.
