Dawnstar Crashes-No idea why

I've been modding skyrim for a while, and this isn't the first time I've run into this problem.

Dawnstar f*#@ing hates me.

 

I hate to be melodramatic, but I've tried several times now to pinpoint what mod causes Dawnstar to crash for me. I've been using the Alternate Start mod to help me troubleshoot, to no avail.

 

The pattern is this: I load the exterior of dawnstar after choosing to start from "arriving by ship" or "patron of an inn", using the Alternate Start mod.

After I attempt to go outdoors as a patron, or as I immediately load the ship arrival, I run into what seems to be a pre-loading screen freeze. Then, about thirty seconds later, it takes me to the normal loading screen. After that, either the loading screen itself freezes, or it goes into the infinite loading screen loop.

 

I've run through Tes5edit to clean any dirty mods while using the most recent version of LOOT. I've attempted disabling some mods, and uninstalling them. I'd hate to avoid Dawnstar for the entirety of my playthrough, please help!

I'm also having trouble with Dawnstar. I could not travel to from Falskaar to Dawnstar via boat, nor could I warp to it using the "coc" console command. I can seemingly warp anywhere else in Skyrim though. I also have Enhanced Towns and Cities, I wonder if that is conflicting with Falskaar in any way. I've read they are supposed to be compatible, but it seems odd that only Dawnstar has issues since Falskaar adds the boat to Dawnstar

• Untick ALL your mods from launcher / mod manager and test in game to see if you can reproduce the problem. Increase slowly the loading mods till you'll have the problems again to find the conflict.

Use L.O.O.T once and click on the "sort plugins buttons".

Create again a wryebash patch including leveled lists.

Create a merged patch with Tesedit excluding leveled lists

There are no clean save in Skyrim but using save script cleaner if you have uninstalled mods at mid game, (don't do that) can help removing orphan scripts.
