Game Crashes at Windhelm

Hello, I'm having a constant reoccuring issue where my game crashes right outside of Windhelm. I can't even completely cross the bridge. I have just over 200 active mods and I'm running Seasons of Skyrim ENB along with Skyrim Summer Edition. I've organized my mods with LOOT and it doesn't send up any red flags and as far as i can tell there is no conflicts. Please, someone smarter than myself, if you could look over my load order and tell me what the problem is.

I have pretty much the same problem.The game crashed mostly when entering the Windhelm Stables "cell" aka when it showed "Windhelm Stables" in the top right corner of the screen.

Now I get FPS drops, CTDs and freezes ( pretty much the game goes apeshit there ) when you cross the bridge taht is further down the road from Windhelm Stables.

EDIT:

The road leading west from Windhelm was chock full of adventurers and travellers, got to the first rapid/waterfall when the game froze.Will try turning off the respectable mod, see how it turns out.

Goddamn it actually was that mod.I like the idea, but I wont bother running the PerMa reproccer for the 7th time today.Game is running smoothly for now

No idea how I "fixed" the Windhelm Stables crashing.Did clean out some unused ESPs and switched almost all of my Steam Workshop mods to NMM.LOOT was used, no errors.DLCs have been cleaned with TES5Edit.

Nathan, ran through your mod list and I honestly have no idea what could be wrong.

 

The one thing that COULD be a reason is IMAGINATOR, stating this based on a few other posts saying it's unstable.Disable it and test to see if the crashes have stopped.If they haven't, I'm out of ideas.

 

Pretty new to modding, and pretty bad at it, so sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

Just found out that is was the Summer Edition mod that was causing it. Got rid of that and everything works great now!
