Dys9000 Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 My question is pretty much that of the title: I've made new animations (for a custom spear mod), but I have no idea how to add these into the game (essentially, how to create a new animation set in the weapon tab. I'm not trying to replace any old animations, but add new ones.). I've done a little looking around, and it seems that this isn't exactly the first time these sort of issues have been encountered, yet I haven't seen a solution.I can do modeling and animation creating, but I really don't know much about coding or the like, so any help would be greatly appreciated.I originally posted this in the wrong section, so just reposted it here. heyiforgot Posted July 13, 2016 Share Posted July 13, 2016 I don't know how it works FNIS includes an example file that would let a modder make custom animations for katana weapons. Maybe the same method would work for spears? The most I've heard of anyone accoplishing along these lines is spears by soolie, it replaces power attacks with stabbing attack for any one hand sword that has "spear" in its name, such as the "spears" included in the mod or the "short spears" in Heavy Armory.
