I have no actionpoints.

I recently started a modded playthrough of Fallout 4 where I had installed a couple of mods, however I cannot sprint, bash or use vats.

It seems like I have no actionpoints. I checked the pipboy and it said: AP: NaN/NaN, and when I wore the power armor the "AP Meter" was at 0.

Sure, amod can be/is most likely at the source of your troubles. I'd try to eliminate, one by one, all mods which influence your character (disregard those mods which alter the environment or keywords, like "Darker Nights" or "ArmourKeywords" ).

 

I would start with de-activating the "Mute_Player_Character_Voice_v0.1.esp" and continue from there... Finding the culprit is always a question of trial and error, I'm afraid.

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate the help. Although it seems like the mods are not causing the problem, since I went through all the player changing mods and deactivated them one by one, Hell, I went through all of the mods but still no luck.

However what I found out was that, whenever I open the pipboy and go out of it, my character makes this heavy breathing sound like when you use up all of your actionpoints. So I assume the problem might be a pipboy related bug.

I could be wrong though.

Another thing. When I start a new game I don't have this problem, but after I get out of the vault and first level up, I suddenly lose the ability to sprint, bash and vats since I do not have any actionpoints.

Sounds like your character is acting as if under water? That would explain why there's no action points, since holding your breath requires and drains action points...

Still sounds like you're under water: no bashing or shooting under water, also no sprinting nor VATS...
