RADIOACTIVE PARADISE DISCUSSION THREAD

This is definitely not your traditional RP thread.

The thread is incomplete, I'll keep adding details

This WIP novel started off using Fallout Lore as a source material (obvious in the prologue), and eventually evolved to stand on it's on. (Will have to remove reference later)

Experimental collaborative fiction written using Tandem writing method. A story about two groups of traveller with intertwined fate. Nothing is predestined, each arcs can and will affect one another making the story completely unpredictable to both readers and authors.

WHAT IS TANDEM METHOD?

Simply: One writer write the first paragraph of a short story. The partner will read the first paragraph and then add another paragraph to the story. The first (or third) person will then add a third paragraph, and so on back and forth.

SO HOW DOES THIS RP WORK?

You are a part of the wasteland, 200-300 years after the bomb fell. The setting is timeless, There can be a victorian themed town all the way to cyberpunk empire. Create your character, describe his/her trait, personality, skill, equipment. Interacts with each other like other traditional RP thread. And I'll eventually find the way to integrate him/her to the story.

The main arc begins at September 14th 2280 year is just a placeholder

You can start before or after that date. Remember, to appear in their POV, you have to cross path with them. Their rough route is planned out in the link below.

We use google map and street view to determine the detail of the location, landmarks and such. The main arcs both started at the town of Boise.

The planned route is not their absolute path! They can take a detour, change course completely, and of course you can affect their action.

The main arc characters are not superheroes and therefore, can be captured, and even killed. (pls don't try to do that :sad:)
