Weird texture / lighting bug please help

I recently installed the game again (I played for about 2 months after it came out), and now I'm having some weird texture glitch I've never seen before. First let me explain, I'll provide screenshots later. It happens only when I'm inside somewhere. It always starts with just 1 item, then after running around inside for a while, more and more items become "corrupted". Basicall the textures on the items / props become full black. It must be some weird lighting bug, cause when I walk up close to them, they look normal again, but when I back away, they're full black. After the inside items become "corrupted", it starts happening outside as well. It happens to basically all kinds of stuff, like chairs, small rocks, toilets, boxes etc. I'll make a small demonstration below:

As you can see, my pipboy light is on, but it's irrelevant. It happens without it as well, and it's not the one triggering the bug. I'm playing on the lowest settings, on a low end PC, but that's irrelevant as well, becuase I played the game for over 160 hours without this issue before the last 2 or 3 updates. At this point I'm pretty desperate, I've tried every possible solution that came in my mind. I removed all my mods (I'm only using the dialogue interface and a radio mod), reinstalled the game, I tried installing the texture optimization mod but neither of those helped. I even tried starting a new game, cause I thought maybe my save is corrupted, but the bug is still present. I also tried changing my shadow settings via the fallout 4 config tool, but that didn't help either. I even tried fully disabling the shadows, but the bug was still present.

At this point, I don't know what to do, please, if anyone have a slightest clue what could help in this situation, I'd really appreciate that.

Well your pictures don't work, but I think your having the same issues I was with the latest path to FO4. Disable any mod that modifies interior cells, like FogOut or Remove Interior Fog and the issues should go away. Not sure what other mods might modify interior cells as Remove Interior Fog was my only one. Good luck.

EDIT: I just noticed you said it happens outside also, so not sure what else could be wrong. My issue was strictly to interior cells. I posted pics http://imgur.com/a/Ks3X6

Thanks for the reply. Your issues seems very similar to mine. However, I managed to fix it somehow. I fiddled with the settings in fallout4 config tool, and I installed the texture optimization mod as well, and now it's pretty much gone.
