Transparent Npcs

[xxXXPACKMANXXxx]

So i recently started playing skyrim and i noticed a few NPCs are transparent such as faendal in this image:

hes not completely invisible but instead seems to have a sort of transparent skin/texture covering his whole body and anything he holds such as the torch to the right of him.

 

 

i have no idea whats causing it, sometimes it flickers back into his real skin/texture but only for a second

 

 

Also i use NMM and LOOT for all my mods
