[ModBuddy] Examples ModConfig files missing

Hello,

As said in the title, since I've moved my steamLibrary folder which contains the Xcom 2 SDK to the root of the Harddrive, the Examples ModConfig "Templates" just disappeared. It's Really annoying.
I've tried to uninstal/reinstall Visual Studio, the UE3redist and I've verified the Xcom 2 Development tools cache folder integrity with steam but impossible to get them back...
I run ModBuddy as Admin.

Also, probably for the same reason(s) I have a script task error when trying to build a Mod while it worked fine before.

Here is the Build fail error :

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error 1 The "CompileScripts" task failed unexpectedly.
System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\Win7Pro\Documents\Firaxis ModBuddy\XCOM\Red_Assault_Drone\Red_Assault_Drone\Red_Assault_Drone'.

I did back up the project files, delete the instances of the mod everywhere and checked the paths links in ModBuddy.
I would like to avoid to reinstall the whole SDK since it will take hours. If at least I could get back the Examples files, I would redo the work...
Anyone had the same issues ?
I would be very grateful if someone could help me on that.

Regards.

Edit 2:

I have reinstalled the X2 SDK...
Well, seems like when the paths are located as the QuickStart doc shows in the example picture it actually makes ModBuddy has the error above. I had to create a folder like : E:\Games\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2 SDK\XComGame so It can't be on the root for me.
I get back the Mods example templates but I think my project is definitly corrupted. :'(

Edit 3: Because of the error above, I had to change the name of the mod which is corrupted as said in another post. Howerver, now, It's the UDK custom packages that are considered as "External" while they are located in XCOM 2 SDK\XComGame\Content\XCOM_2\Packages.
Anyone have an idea how I could fix that ?

Installing the SDK and setting a new project folder is fine, you just need to make sure you set the paths in the editor.

Example of mine.

Options>Projects and Solutions>General

Projects locations: E:\Mods\Xcom2mods\Projects

User project templates location: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2 SDK\Binaries\Win32\ModBuddy\Extensions\Application\ProjectTemplates

User item templates location: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2 SDK\Binaries\Win32\ModBuddy\Extensions\Application\ItemTemplates

Options>Xcom 2>General

XCOM 2 Install Path: D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\

XCOM 2 USer Path: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM 2 SDK\XComGame\
