Elianoras Serenity Ship

Hello, ive downloaded the mod Serenity - player house ship by Elianora (Serenity - player house ship),

but whenever i try to enter the Ship AFTER i finished the quest for it, my Skyrim CTDs

when i coc from main menu into the ship (0serenity) it works just fine, but i obviously cannot move the ship to another location

Someone else hade a similiar issue and Elianora recommended to delete a small modell ship inside of the ship but that doesnt work

Well I took a look at this mod (again) ... downloaded it before but never added it to my mod list permanently as it was full of errors from a CK point of view.

It's been some time now so I was hoping for a remake or a new version. But, after looking, I see it now has 4 patches a master file and a truly bugged DLC

version. The mod page is filled with people complaining of weird errors. The author has even locked his page. He also warns not to clean the mod with TES5Edit

and tells of a master file that will fix most errors. So .... way to many red flags for me. Too bad it's a beautiful mod.
