LE Cat Follower request for Mages

So here's my vision for the ultimate cat follower mod: You enter Whiterun for the first time. As you're passing the forge you hear what sounds like two animals fighting. After investigating the sounds origins you discover a stray dog fighting with a stray cat. Now as a mage and feeling a kinship with cats you decide to intervene and save the poor thing. You launch a fireball at the dog singeing its fur and sending it scampering off. You then check to see if the cat is all right and use a healing spell on it to heal its many scrapes from the scuffle. As gratitude for assisting the cat, you are permitted to name it and have it follow you as your familiar. While it's following you, you soon discover that your magicka is augmented. Your spells suddenly cost less, your spells hit harder and last longer. The cat never attacks, never judges you, and follows you faithfully wherever you may go. Available in multiple colors with a glowing eyes option. And not another sabrecat reboot either, a genuine cat, like from the Animal Kingdom mod. Also as an added bonus since the cat doesn't pull aggro, a new power as well: The ability to take over the cats body to scout ahead for enemies, traps and the like. Maybe with a nifty blur/glow effect that matches the color of your cats eyes? If such a mod can happen then I'd very much like to have it.
