Tired Pip-Boy Arm

Everything has been fine until one day, when I try to access my pip-boy, the button options appear at the bottom (ex: E[stimPack] R[RadAway] ) but the arm with the pip-boy does not come up to show me the screen, as though she is too tired to do so. The menu shows up in power armor, fully functioning. The pip-boy still is on my arm in third person. Please, any help is welcomed.
