where can i get custom halo evolved combat for the mods im getting?

does anyone know where i can get the custom version, it says i need it if i want to use the mod

The 'Custom Edition', also known as Halo:CE, requires one to already have a Halo: Combat Evolved copy.

And yes, the name is silly, because both stand for the same thing. But if you google it, you will find it, pretty much.
