Bisaflor Posted April 23, 2016 Share Posted April 23, 2016 (edited) Hey guys i just startet the arc jet quests with danse and some serious "x-file like" things are happening at fist i didnt help danse to kill the attacking ghouls at his outposthe have done this alone, i just run through the city to get home as i go back to him i found him standing aroundwhen i try to speak with him he just say "there are enemys around" and some other combat dialogs but they where all dead i figgured out which part of the quest this wasso ive skipped at this point with "setstage bos100 40" (i get stuck at 30) fine i could start talk with him and he gave me the next quest stagewe go in the police station. i lootet a bit and i go outwe broke up to arc jet BUT as we arrived at the front door he just went of and is going backi moved him always to my location via console but he always runs out side the arc jet buildungresetai doesent helphe goes back to the police station at same place where i founnd him and where i had to skip the questand he doesent say anything im in survival beta and my english is maybe not the best Edited April 23, 2016 by Bisaflor Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
PoliteRaider Posted April 24, 2016 Share Posted April 24, 2016 Do you have a savegame from before using the console to set the quest stage? This all sounds like a pretty normal result of changing the quest stage directly with console commands. If so then you should load the earlier game, redo the Fire Support quest and if Paladin Danse freezes up again, go to a door to an interior location (College Square station is pretty close) go inside then immediately leave. Doing this will usually break Danse out of combat when the cell reloads. Alternatively you could fast-travel but you mentioned you're using survival mode so that's probably not an option. If you don't have an earlier save... sorry, I don't know what to suggest. Just be really careful using the console for things like this, if the quest's already got a bug, throwing unexpected commands at it is probably going to make things worse unless you know exactly what you're doing.
